All patients seeking services at EMPOWERED at Roseman University College of Medicine are assured that they will be served regardless of ability to pay. No one is refused service because of lack of financial means to pay. EMPOWERED is designed to provide grant approved services to this identified priority population of those who have no means, or limited access, to receive supportive and treatment services.
